UnityHorton is an organization that is supported by local churches in the Horton area. The UnityHorton partnership is composed of The Beacon Church, Hillside United Methodist Church, Horton Congregational Church, Pulaski Free Methodist Church, and Somerset Center United Methodist Church.

In collaboration with the Greater Jackson Habitat for Humanity, UnityHorton built a home in the Hanover community. The house is in the final stages of preparation for closing and handing the keys to Melissa and her family.
